1. The importance of the beneficiation process. The ore mined from the mine is generally of a lower grade. For example, many iron ore contain only 20-30% iron and copper ore only contains 0.5-1% copper. The direct smelting of such low grade ore is technically difficult and economically uneconomical. Therefore, for poor ore with low grade, prior to smelting, it is necessary to use beneficiation methods to separate the gangue and useful minerals in the ore through the beneficiation equipment so as to improve the grade and make it suitable for smelting the required raw materials. In addition, ore often contains several useful components (such as copper, lead, zinc, etc.), they must be recovered as far as possible, to achieve the purpose only beneficiation is well completed. In addition to ingredients, ore often contains harmful impurities. In smelting, the entry of harmful impurities into the metal will affect the metal, sometimes making the smelting process complicated or even difficult to carry out. For example, in copper and lead ore, harmful impurities are zinc; harmful impurities in zinc ore are iron; harmful impurities in iron ore are sulfur and phosphorus. These harmful impurities must be ore-smelted before smelting and may go out or be reduced to the allowable range of product quality standards. Therefore, with the development of the metallurgical industry, the status and role of ore beneficiation is very important and will become an important part of the metallurgical industry. 2. The beneficiation process can be divided into three stages: preparation, selection and dewatering. (1) The preparation phase prior to beneficiation includes two contents: crushing (usually use jaw crusher primer, cone crusher segundo) and sieving, grinding (usually use ball mill) and grading (usually use spiral classifier or hydrocyclone). (2) The sorting phase is carefully selected based on the various properties of the ore to remove useful minerals. (3) After the selected dewatering stage, the concentrate obtained from the wet beneficiation contains a large amount of water, and must be dehydrated before being sent to the smelting. The dehydration stage usually consists of three processes of concentration, filtration and drying. After these three phases are completed, concentrates and tailings can be obtained. With the development of society and the improvement of environmental awareness, tailings usually need to be discharged after the tailings are discharged. The beneficiation equipment produced by our company employs advanced production technology and manufacturing equipment. The company has 150 tons of large-scale cranes and large-scale coiling machines capable of rolling more than 90 millimeters of steel plate, and can produce the beneficiation ball mill with a diameter of more than 4 meters. At the same time, we can provide you with consulting, design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of a full set of process equipment solutions.
