1. Structural Composition of the Vibration Damping Platform
The vibration damping platform is designed using damping spring composite vibration isolators with a natural frequency of 3-4 Hz. It is mainly composed of an outer shell, springs, damping material, and rubber vibration damping pads, among other components.
The springs are made of high-quality spring steel 60Si2Mn. The vibration damping springs have undergone a fatigue test of 1.5 million cycles without cracks or fractures, meeting relevant national standards. The damping material is nitrile rubber.
The vibration damping platform is of a steel-concrete composite type. The overall frame is a welded structure made of channel steel, with the core being reinforced concrete. The anchor bolt holes for the crusher and the electric motor are reserved during the concrete pouring.

2. Technical Features of the Vibration Damping Platform
2.1 The vibration damping platform, designed with damping spring composite vibration isolators featuring a natural frequency of 3-4 Hz, can achieve a vibration isolation efficiency of over 90%. It is characterized by high isolation efficiency, high load capacity, excellent stability, and very convenient installation.
2.2 The damping spring composite vibration isolators provide combined vibration and noise reduction. They feature a low natural frequency, ensuring the platform itself does not vibrate, resulting in excellent isolation effectiveness. This does not affect the normal operation of other instruments, meters, or equipment.
2.3 Using a vibration damping platform for the crusher can extend the equipment's service life. It eliminates the need for major repairs and maintenance, reduces cost consumption, and increases economic benefits.
2.4 Choosing the vibration damping platform can save approximately 2000 m³ of earth excavation, about 800 m³ of concrete, and around 1000 m³ of backfill material, leading to cost savings of 400,000 RMB and significant economic benefits.
