1. Preparation before starting the ball mill

2. Matters needing attention when driving the ball mill
(1). The mill started with the alkali pressure of the rheostat should not exceed the regular starting time. The starting time is generally 15-20s. If you press the start button and the mill starts to scroll to the regular time, the mill can not reach the extra speed, you should stop the start immediately, otherwise the frequency sensitive varistor will burn. After stopping the engine, carefully check the mechanical and electrical equipment to find out the reason why the engine cannot be started. The time interval between the second launch and the first launch should be above 15min. If the temperature of the frequency sensitive resistor is relatively high, the fan can be used for forced cooling.
(2). The launching of the mill is prohibited more than two times in succession, and the third launching can only be carried out after a thorough inspection.
