The working principle of mine ball mill When the mine ball mill works, the material enters the first warehouse of the mill evenly by the feed device through the hollow shaft of the feed material. There are step liners or corrugated liners in the warehouse, which contain steel balls of different specifications. The cylinder rotates to generate centrifugal force and brings the steel balls to a certain height and then falls down. This can cause heavy hitting and grinding of the materials. (3) The grinding body should be poured out for a long time to stop the grinding, so as to prevent the cylinder body from being bent (the cushion body can be supported in the middle of the cylinder body). (4) If grinding is stopped for a long time in winter, care must be taken to drain the cooling water in the main bearing bush. Therefore, the outlet of the drain pipe must be lower than the bottom plane of the bearing, the three-way cock must be closed, and the water should be drained by using the siphon principle to avoid freezing the main bearing. (5) When there is no notice of power outage, first pull down the gate and press the stop button to stop feeding ore and water.
