Periodic maintenance of Bag filter

1. Bag filter collector in order to long-term stable operation, and always maintain a high dust removal efficiency, running a month or three months need to be maintained, just like a car engine, need regular maintenance. (1) Check the tightness of the bag filter, if there is air leakage, should be promptly processed. (2) Check the precipitator pipeline is fouling, fouling is not handled in time will result in reduced air volume. (3) Check discharge unloading device, add high-quality lubricants. (4) Check the manhole, insulation and so on. 2. Bag filter collector operation for one year, need to be maintenanced, and replacement aging parts. (1) Maintenance manhole door and reinforcement. (2) The overall dust removal equipment paint treatment. (3) Check the dust filter bag, replacement or cleaning repair. (4) The overall welding repair treatment to eliminate hidden dangers. (5) Check the control system, such as pulse controller. (6) Check the pulse jet electromagnetic pulse valve one by one, to see if there is no action valve to find and replace. (7) Conduct a comprehensive inspection to ash transport and unloading ash system. (8) Fan maintenance, check the air volume. (9) check and repair welding the escalator and ladder, other auxiliary devices overhaul. 3. Bag filter periodic maintenance (1) Whenever there is dust temporarily disable, each heating device shall remain functional. (2) Each turn open the ball valve on the bottom of the bag cleaning system once to relieve the condensation of compressed air in the bag. (3) Periodically check the bag cleaning system in the operation of each pulse valve, there is no action to be handled in time. (4) Regularly clean the filter of the triple valve of the poppet valve and add clean oil regularly to the mist eliminator. (5) Check valve action regularly. Usually can not be ignored on the dust removal equipment maintenance and repair, or equipment strike that day will cause unnecessary trouble.
