Previously, the client owned a Raymond mill system for gypsum grinding, but it had suffered from frequent equipment failures since its commissioning. The intermittent production state not only prevented the continuous release of production capacity but also made it difficult to effectively control the quality of the finished product. To restore production, the client repeatedly repaired the old system, expending a significant amount of time and money, yet was unable to fundamentally reverse the passive situation in production. Faced with continuously rising costs and unsatisfactory capacity, after extensive investigation and demonstration, the client ultimately decided to completely phase out the original system.
