Iron ball mill is suitable for grinding various ores and other materials, is widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries, can be divided into two kinds of dry and wet grinding methods. According to different drainage methods can be divided into two types of grid and overflow.
Iron ball mill has significant energy saving (Compared with the traditional ball mill, the ball mill with this technology can reduce the motor power by 18 - 25%, save 70% of lubricating oil, save 90% of the cooling water and more than 20% of the total energy), save costs (under normal circumstances, do not have to replace the main bearing ten years, saving a lot of maintenance costs, saving time and labor), reasonable structure (to solve the replacement of plain bearings used in heavy load bearing life and aligning problems, sealing problems under harsh environmental conditions and prolonged work arising from the cylinder movement problems), environmental protection (main bearing grease, easy and clean, eliminating the heavy metal pollution) and so on.
Preparation of iron ball mill before the test:
1. Check the motor is or not insulation and dry situation, do empty motor running test;
2. Detailed examination of all fasteners fastening situation;
3. Clean and lubricate all lubrication parts;
4. Check each seal is or not meets the quality requirements;
5. Installation and inspection of various protection devices are complete and reliable;
6. Do the empty (no media, no material) grinding, check the ball mill and other rotating body is or not contact with other objects or collision phenomenon, is there any abnormal sound.
