Design requirements of lime rotary kiln

Lime rotary kiln produced by ZKcorp have advanced structure, with low pressure loss of the vertical preheater can effectively improve the preheating effect, the decomposition rate of preheated limestone into the kiln up to 20-25%, and can be directly used 10-15mm fine-grade limestone. The design of lime rotary kiln should meet the following requirements:
1. Lime rotary kiln specifications should be based on the requirements of the firing system output, combined with the original fuel conditions and preheater, calciner, cooler configuration and other factors determined.
2. Preheater kiln and precalciner kiln length and diameter ratio (L / D) should take 11-16.
3. Preheater kiln and precalcining kiln slope should be 3.5% -4%; maximum speed: precalciner should be 3.0-3.5r / min, preheater kiln should be 2.0-2.5r / min; speed range 1:10.
4. The cooling of lime rotary kiln burning zone cylinder should adopt forced air cooling.
5. Lime rotary kiln burning zone should have the detection of cylinder temperature measures.
6. Lime rotary kiln main motor should adopt continuously variable speed motor, and need to set auxiliary transmission, auxiliary transmission should have standby power.
