4. After the check, press the start button to start the motor, pay attention to current changes. Continuous start of the ball mill shall not exceed two times, the first and second intervals of 5 minutes or more. If the third start, must be with the electrician, fitter with the inspection, before starting.
5. After the normal operation of the ball mill, the amount of water, mine, steel according to regulations. Do not overload, idle time can not exceed 15 minutes, so as not to damage the liner.
6. In running, should pay attention to check the cylinder whether have leakage of plasma, carefully observe the current, voltage, feed, water is normal.
7. The motor and spindle should be checked every half hour, the temperature of the spindle can not be greater than 60 ° С, if the problem is found, it should be handled promptly.
8. before stop the ball mill, should first stop the mine supply, after processing the concentrate within the machine, stop the water supply. Until everything is ready, can stop the machine.
9. After a period of operation, the ball should be selected for all, into the new ball, to ensure the ball mill operating efficiency.
