Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd (ZK Corp) was established in 1956, It was a designated factory by
Ministry of Machinery Industry and Henan Mechanical electronic bureau to produce cement, washing and
separation equipments. Over half a century, it has been a comprehensive enterprise combined with research,
design, develop, manufacture, sales, installation, commissioning, training service from a single machinery
producer. The company covers an area of 60,000m², the building area is 35,000 m², with fixed capital 100
million RMB (equals to USD17million).
From 1988, we began to produce the whole-set equipment for magnesium industry and limestone metallurgy with
the technical support from Henan Metallurgical Planning & Design Institue and CHALCO Zhengzhou Research
Institute.
Based on the experience accumulation of equipment manufacturing and technical improvements, we have
successfully developed a new type Pre-heater for dolomite and limestone calcination during 2003-2005. This
kind of new type Pre-heater brings a decrease of fuel consumption by 40%, and production output by 30%. It
also can recycle the heat from the exhaust gas can control the dust emission lower than 50mg/m3.
