In the production process of LECA industry, in order to improve the burn out rate of fuel and the qualified rate of products, a secondary shaping machine is usually set up behind the granulator to regulate the raw material ball.
The working principle of the shaping machine is simply that the material ball can make the radial and axial double movement in the cylinder through the rolling of the cylinder. In the process of movement, the material ball formed by the granulation of the opposite roller granulator is screened out, and the raw material ball is more regular in the rolling process. Generally, a screen is set at the outlet to separate the qualified materials from the crushed materials. The qualified materials enter the rotary kiln for calcination, and the crushed materials are transported to the raw material pile by belt conveyor for granulation again.
If the shaping machine is not added, a large amount of crushed materials will be produced in the process of operation, which will increase the fuel consumption and affect the firing of normal materials. Too much crushed material will lead to the ring forming phenomenon of rotary kiln, which will cause unnecessary trouble to the production. After using the whole machine, the production will be optimized.
