1. Project Introduction
The customer is a French engineering consulting and installation company whose project in Mali, Africa requires dolomite milling, granulating and packaging production lines. Customers demand a production rate of 15-20 tons per hour, ultimately requiring 5 mm pellets.
2. Project Description
After receiving the customer enquiry, through communication and contact with the customer for many times to make clear the detailed requirements of the customer: the raw material for the granularity of 50 mm dolomite production demands 15-20 tons per hour particulate matter emission concentration requirements of 30 mg. The package is 50 kg per bag. The equipment process is that the dolomite first passes through the impact crusher, the ball mill grinds until 200 mesh, and then the pot type granulating machine is used to mix additives and granulate until 5 mm. Finally, quantitative packaging machine was installed. According to the process requirements of customers, our technicians provide process flow chart for customers' reference. After checking the process flow chart, the customer proposed the batching system of three silos because the customer had two additives.
